With a commitment to finding the Good Things in all I do, I work to create space in my classes: space to explore a physical shape; space to simply rest; or, space to delve deep into your soul and get to know your Self. Allowing people a place to better connect with their self, I strive to offer all-inclusive practices full of breath.
