Weekly classes take place at one of three studios in Central AB:

Breathing Room Yoga Studio & Café - look for the purple garage door at #114 3215 49 Ave, Red Deer

In Harmony Meditation & Wellness Center - in Parkland Mall, near Entrance 2 (4747 67 St), Red Deer

Heartfelt Yoga - off Highway 2a on the second floor of 5025 Parkwood Road, Blackfalds


Warming Slow Flow

A practice marrying breath with movement, exploring both traditional Hatha shapes and variations as you move slowly with purpose. Expect to start slow, build internal heat, and end with deeply relaxing asana.  Taught Thursdays at the Breathing Room, 7:30-8:30 pm.

Young at Heart

specialized for 50+ yogis

Designed for those who want to work on regaining or maintaining basic fitness, coordination, body awareness, joint stability, strength, balance and their zest for life.
Taught Fridays at the Breathing Room, 1:30-2:30 pm.

Beginner Yoga

time to commit

For those new to the whole yoga thing.  An 8 week pre-registered session designed to introduce you to yoga.  Expect to move, be still and explore different shapes in a fun atmosphere.  Contact the Breathing Room to sign up for the next session


Mindful Movement

slow, purposeful

Gentle movement fused with breathwork and intention.  This practice is slow, keeping you present while offering a range of shapes.

Take some time mid-day to move, stretch and relax.  Moving gently with breathe will invigorate your day; leave feeling relaxed and refreshed.
