Slow Flow Hatha
warming & steady
A practice marrying breath with movement, exploring both traditional Hatha shapes and variations as you move slowly with purpose. Expect to start slow, build internal heat, and end with deeply relaxing asana. Taught Mondays at the Breathing Room, 7:30-8:45 pm.
Young at Heart
specialized for 50+ yogis
Designed for those who want to work on regaining or maintaining basic fitness, coordination, body awareness, joint stability, strength, balance and their zest for life.
Taught Mondays at the Breathing Room, 1:30-2:30 pm.
time to commit
For those new to the whole yoga thing. An 8 week pre-registered session designed to introduce you to yoga. Expect to move, be still and explore different shapes in a fun atmosphere. Contact the Breathing Room to sign up for the next session, taught Mondays 5:30-6:30 pm.
Gentle movement fused with breathwork and intention. This practice is slow, keeping you present while offering a range of shapes. Taught Tuesdays at In Harmony Meditation & Wellness Center, 5:30-6-:30 pm.

Take some time mid-day to move, stretch and relax. Moving gently with breathe will invigorate your day; leave feeling relaxed and refreshed.

Lets Get Hippy With It!
hips don't lie
Get into all the right (tight?!) spots; targeting muscle groups and joint communities which support the hips. Every Tuesday evening at Heartlfelt Yoga in Blackfalds, 7:30-8:45 pm.
Enjoy a 40 minutes of yoga then a 20 minute guided meditation: the best of two highly beneficial practices rolled into one class. Held Thursdays at In Harmony Meditation & Wellness Center, 5:30-6:30 pm.
