Candlelit Slow Flow
warming & steady
A practice marrying breath with movement, exploring both traditional Hatha shapes and variations as you move slowly with purpose. Expect to start slow, build internal heat, and end with deeply relaxing asana. Taught Thursdays at the Breathing Room, 7:30-8:30 pm.
Young at Heart
specialized for 50+ yogis
Designed for those who want to work on regaining or maintaining basic fitness, coordination, body awareness, joint stability, strength, balance and
their zest for life.
Taught Wednesdays and Fridays at the Breathing Room,
11:00-12:00 pm.

Beginner Yoga

For those new to the whole yoga thing. A 4 week pre-registered session designed to introduce you to yoga. Expect to move, be still and explore different shapes in a fun atmosphere. Contact the Breathing Room to sign up for the next session.
Yoga ABCs

Dig deeper into your practice with these 3 sessions. Designed as workshops, explore more deeply Alignment, Breath and Contemplation. Expect discussion and movement to enhance your practice. Contact me to set up the series for your group.
